Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with V14, we're not satisfied. We want to help ensure your shopping experience is second to none.

We offer a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Policy* for all orders from the date you received the product.

Please read the Returns terms and conditions below.

1. Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original sellable condition.

2. We will issue a 100% refund for all unopened products within 60 calendar days of delivery receipt.
   

3. If your body reacts or you are not happy with the product, you are entitled to a refund.
   

Return Procedure: Email enquiries@v14.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) and request a refund. Please allow 7 days to process credits after we have received the returned product.

NOTE: Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping products back to us.
